PAYMENT

PayPal and Major Credit Cards Accepted 

 • Please note, no custom work can begin until a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is received. This deposit will be applied to final cost of project.

DESIGN & PROCESSING TIME

Processing time will vary and is affected by the current wait list at the time you place your order and how large your order is. Generally, turn-around times can range anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks FROM DATE OF FINAL PROOF APPROVAL to SHIP DATE. Please ask us about our current turn around time when you are ready to place an order.   Keep in mind, that the above mentioned processing time does not factor in design time because the amount of time to develop the design will depend upon your response time during that process and how quickly you provide the necessary details we will request from you, any subsequent edits and how soon you submit final proof approval.

SHIPPING

All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 2 - 3 business day delivery, with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation. Orders of $200 or more require signature confirmation upon delivery, so please be sure to be available for delivery.

CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS   

Please be sure to confirm that the shipping address you are providing is correct. All orders will be shipped to the address you provide. If you pay via a PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address you have assigned to your PayPal account.   We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or outdated addresses, so please check your address when making your payment.   

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the personalized nature of our work, no refunds, replacements or exchanges are accepted.  SDS is not responsible for proofreading your proofs, therefore refunds will not be issued for errors you may have approved.  SDS does not accept returns or offer refunds based on color. Please note, that because all computer monitors are calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product. Hard copy proofs are available and the cost is based on the scope of the project. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments.

There is a Cancellation Fee of 50% (that is 50% of your order total) if you decide to cancel after your proofs have been created AND/OR after you have submitted final decisions on paper/embellishment selection.  Once you have submitted final proof approval, the production process will begin immediately and you may NOT cancel your order.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PROOFS and REVISIONS   

Your order includes 3 sets of digital proofs. Once you have placed an order and have provided the details necessary for customization, which we will review with you in detail, we will create your first set of digital proofs. You may request revisions, in regards to wording and color, 2 additional times.   Each additional set of proofs thereafter will incur a $20 charge. Any amount incurred due to additional proofs will be due upon final approval and before your order can be processed and shipped.    

ADDRESS LABEL PRINTING   

When you add address labels to your order, you will be providing SDS with a final guest address list. Please be sure to check your guest address list for errors before submitting it. SDS does NOT type addresses out! The guest addresses you provide will be printed directly off of the list you provide, eliminating the possibility of errors on our end. This means, that any errors in spelling, punctuation, spacing and/or address format that you have made on your guest list will be printed exactly that way.   

PLACE CARDS / ESCORT CARDS   

When purchasing place/escort cards you will be providing SDS with a final list of guest names, broken down by table number assignment. Please be sure to check your guest list for errors before submitting it.   We do NOT re-type guest names. The guest names you provide will be printed directly off of the list you provide, completely eliminating the possibility of errors on our end. This means, that any errors in spelling, punctuation and/or spacing that you have made on your guest list will be printed exactly that way.
